Comercial Space
Within the Hotel property and building are three comercial areas which are rented out currently to long term tenants creating imediate income. The comercial space is part of the sale of the Hotel.
The bar and restaurant (75 m2) within the hotel is operated by a German couple who provide a family atmosphere ambience offering home cooked meals for the larger expat community of Playa del Carmen. The bar and restaurant is currently open during high season form December to April and June to September.

The Dive Shop (35 m2) is on location since 2001 with a well established operation. The dive busines is creating a steady stream of diving customers that mostly staying within the hotel creating a steady stream of revenue.
The Ice Cream store (10 m2)is on location for two years and is doing well due to the flow of pedestrian trafic on the street corner as the local hospital is not to far away.
