Hotel
The first phase of construction of the Hotel begun in the mid 1980's with the Hotel being open to the public since the late 1980's. During that time Playa del Carmen was a small village and the Hotel was located out of town. The final phase and final construction of the Hotel was finished in 1998. In 2008 the Hotel was renovated to a large extend. The whole property is well taken care of.

The business is run in a family like atmosphere. All staff is used to help each other out working as a team even if areas of responsabilities overlap.
The owner will stay on as a consultant for three month to ensure a smooth transition time.
